DUAL STATION TESTING

Dual Station is a method of testing that significantly increases production output by reducing the amount of time spent loading and unloading parts. One station can test while another station is being loaded, either manually or on an automatic line. This enables parts to be continually tested.

Dual Station software is flexible and can be customized to meet your individual needs. Here are just a few of the options that can be incorporated into your test system:

  • One station can test while another station is being loaded, at the testers location (attached or on-board workstations)
  • One station can test, on the line, while the other station is testing, off the line (i.e.: on manual inspection station).
  • Simultaneously testing on two separate lines.

Dual Limits Testing

Dual Limits testing allows the testing of two different part numbers at the same time. Test one part number on station #1 while testing either the same or a different part number on station #2.

Dual Station testing is required when purchasing this option.

Both Dual Station and Dual Limits software work in a time-sharing manner.
