you need to return a part, please obtain an RMA (Return
Material Authorization) number preferably by e-mail at service@eswtesters.com
or by fax or telephone. Incoming freight must be
prepaid. No collect or COD shipments accepted.

maintains a full inventory of all critical parts for the
Series 5000 & 6000 testers to assist you in maximizing
your test system's uptime. We cannot guarantee every
item to be in stock. We suggest that our listing of
recommended spare parts be stocked for emergency situations.
