Repairs should be shipped to ESW, pre-paid. No collect or COD shipments accepted. In order to serve you better, please print the product Information form, complete and include it in the package.
If you need to return a part, please obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number preferably by e-mail or by fax or telephone. Incoming freight must be prepaid. No collect or COD shipments accepted.
Be sure to include the original purchase order number and the product information form.
ESW maintains a full inventory of all critical parts for the Series 5000 & 6000 testers to assist you in maximizing your test system's uptime. We cannot guarantee every item to be in stock. We suggest that our listing of recommended spare parts be stocked for emergency situations. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (262)554-1211 or by email for more information or to request a copy of the spare parts listing for your tester.
When requesting parts availability and pricing, please be sure to have your testers model and serial number available.
